2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team as an Activation, Field, or BA Manager. In this role, you will represent Springs Window Fashions, the premier window-covering brand in North America, within major home improvement stores.
You will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect window solutions while enhancing product visibility and driving sales.
- Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
- Build strong relationships with store associates and customers
- Maintain and set up product displays (Merchandising)
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate leads to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day
