About This Role
Brand Ambassador | Premium Kitchen Knives (Cangshan)
Mosaic is seeking dynamic and experienced Brand Ambassadors to represent Cangshan, a leading brand in premium kitchen knives. You will be responsible for driving sales and educating customers on the superior craftsmanship, durability, and performance of Cangshan products.
This is a temporary position from December 4th to December 14th, based in Pflugerville, TX.
What You'll Do:
- Professionally represent Cangshan in retail environments, primarily at Costco.
- Educate customers on product benefits and how Cangshan knives enhance cooking experiences.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with store staff on engaging displays and promotional activities.
- Complete daily reporting and inventory counts using a personal smartphone for on-site check-ins.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English (speaking and understanding) is required.
- Proven sales track record is essential.
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds.
- Capable of constructing and deconstructing a pop-up table stand.
- Ability to self-manage without direct on-site supervision.
- Outgoing energy and ability to create product excitement.
- Sales and merchandising experience is highly valued.
- Retail experience is a plus.
Availability & Training:
The program runs from December 4th to December 14th. Candidates with full availability will receive preference in scheduling. Please communicate any days you are unavailable.
A mandatory 1.5-hour virtual training call will be scheduled; date and time are TBD.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $26 per hour.
Requirements
- • Proven sales track record required
- • Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time
- • Able to lift 25+ pounds
- • Ability to construct/deconstruct a pop-up table stand
- • Personal smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
- • Must fully speak/understand English
