Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store retailers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure product availability and proper shelf placement, including cold boxes and displays.
- Maximize brand presence through effective use of in-store displays, signage, and POS materials.
- Maintain product freshness through adherence to proper rotation and compliance with standards.
- Service a designated route of approximately 10–15 accounts daily, subject to market variation.
- Submit daily updates and maintain accurate records utilizing CRM tools such as Repsly.
- Engage in weekly meetings to provide feedback on retail execution and opportunities.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to clear an MVR. Candidates should be self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to various store environments (including cold vaults and ladders) is necessary. Flexibility to work hours, including weekends, is also essential.
