Uber Eats Holiday Shopping Activation

Brand Besties is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to bring the magic of last-minute holiday shopping to life with Uber Eats! This unique mobile shopping experience will pop up in Philadelphia, PA, featuring interactive displays, festive games, prizes, and a holiday photo moment.

Uber Eats is taking holiday shopping on the road with a mobile truck experience designed to showcase how easy it is to shop for last-minute gifts through the Uber Eats app. Each stop will feature interactive “holiday shopping windows” displaying real products that guests can browse and instantly order. There will also be a fun game zone offering prizes and promo codes, a photo opportunity beside a towering Uber Eats holiday tree, and a festive bar cart serving beverages. The activation will run primarily outdoors, creating an engaging and cheerful holiday atmosphere where guests can connect with the brand in a hands-on way.

December 17: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Pay: $28.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.

Please note that it is our expectation that the standby ambassador arrives on-site at 10:30 AM. If the team arrives and the standby ambassador is not needed for the day, they will be dismissed and paid a flat $40 + parking. If the standby ambassador is needed to stay, they would fill the Brand Ambassador role as described below.

Your Role:

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the experience, engaging with guests, creating memorable interactions, and keeping the energy high all day long.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage attendees, guiding them through the activation experience.
• Help guests understand how to use the Uber Eats app to shop featured products.
• Operate and energize the game area, distribute prizes, and maintain a fun atmosphere.
• Assist at the photo opportunity zone, ensuring smooth guest flow and encouraging participation.
• Float throughout the space to manage attendee flow and answer questions.
• Support light setup and breakdown of event materials (no heavy lifting required).
• Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth, even in cold outdoor conditions.
• Follow wardrobe guidelines (agency-provided warm branded top; bring your own black pants and boots).

Ideal Candidate:

• Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with all types of people.
• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods (weather-appropriate layers a must).
• Quick learner, able to absorb event talking points and share them naturally.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous brand ambassador or event experience is a plus, but not required.
