Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas, crafted to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down.

Moment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively get Moment onto the shelves of prominent retailers. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

• Love Moment: The most important responsibility in any early-stage startup role is alignment with the company's vision and intrinsic motivation to make a difference.
• Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations.
• Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers. Facilitate local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• 2-hour Demo with half an hour of merchandising: $20 per hour
