Moment Beverage Store Demo

This is for a **Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Moment** position. Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down. Moment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated demo ambassadors and merchandisers. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively put Moment on the shelf of every famous retailer. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events. Key Responsibilities:

• The most important responsibility in any role at an early-stage startup is to be aligned with the company's vision and to be intrinsically motivated to make a difference, which brings us to the most important responsibility: Love Moment.
• Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations.
• Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Win secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on the shelf.
• Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback while tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at retail events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers, as well as facilitate local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• 2-hour Demo with half an hour of merchandising: $20 per hour.
