About This Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors to represent True Classic, a leading men's apparel brand, at Costco in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on enthusiastic sales and merchandising of True Classic’s branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket.
We are looking for individuals with a proven sales track record, merchandising experience, outgoing energy, and the ability to self-manage without direct on-site supervision. The ideal candidate will generate excitement around True Classic products and drive sales.
Program Dates & Schedule:
Mandatory 1.5 Hour Virtual Training call - Date/Time - TBD
- October 16th - October 26th
- Occurs Thursday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days – with at least 2 days off during the roadshow)
Scheduled Shifts (PM Shift):
- Thursday: 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Set Up Shift)
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:45 PM
- Saturday: 1:30 PM - 7:15 PM
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 3:00 PM - 8:45 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 8:45 PM
- Wednesday: OFF
- Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:45 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:45 PM
- Saturday: OFF
- Sunday: 1:30 PM - 6:15 PM
- Sunday: 6:15 PM - 7:30 PM (Tear Down Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Represent True Classic with enthusiasm and professionalism in retail environments.
- Educate customers on the benefits of True Classic products.
- Drive sales by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with store staff to create engaging displays and promotional activities.
- Complete daily reporting and inventory counts.
Requirements:
- Must fully speak and understand English.
- Proven sales track record required.
- Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time.
- Able to lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand.
- Personal smartphone required for on-site check-ins and reporting.
- Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus.
Pay Rate: $22 Per Hour
