About the Role
FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is in search of energetic and outgoing individuals to serve as Event Sales Specialists, representing exciting consumer brands within major retailers such as Costco, Sams, and BJ’s during special 10-day roadshows. This is a short-term and high-impact role that involves product demonstrations, engaging shoppers, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up a designated display, kiosk, or demo station within retail stores.
- Arrange products attractively to draw customer attention and ensure promotional materials are strategically displayed.
- Approach and engage customers warmly to promote products effectively.
- Provide engaging demonstrations while explaining key product features and benefits.
- Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Log sales activity, customer interactions, and inventory usage in real time.
- Monitor and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure and replenished as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
