Springs Window Fashions Sales

2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window-covering brand. This role involves working within major home improvement stores, assisting customers in finding optimal window solutions, and enhancing product visibility and sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling Springs Window Fashions products.
• Building strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Maintaining and setting up product displays (Merchandising).
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
• Generating leads to increase sales.
• Providing exceptional customer service and product education.
• Traveling within the assigned territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Sales experience or a strong interest in building a career in sales.
• An outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
• Comfort working in a retail environment.
