Looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity that complements your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is actively seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at special 10-day roadshows within prominent retailers like Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and various big-box stores.

This is a short-term, high-impact role where you will demonstrate products, engage with shoppers, and drive sales. Following each roadshow, there may be periods of downtime between events, contingent on scheduling and brand requirements. This position is ideal for those seeking flexible, event-based work with the potential for ongoing assignments.

Compensation: $20 per hour PLUS commission

• Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail environments.
• Arrange products in an appealing manner to attract customers, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are displayed correctly.
• Engage customers in a friendly and inviting way to promote and sell products.
• Provide compelling demonstrations and clearly explain key features and benefits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately log sales activities, customer engagements, and inventory usage in real-time via designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
• Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
• Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished for each event.

Requirements to ROC this role:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the criteria to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail are essential.
