About This Role
2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to represent Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window-covering brand. In this role, you will work within major home improvement stores, assisting customers in finding the ideal window solutions while enhancing product visibility and driving sales.
What You'll Do:
- Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products
- Build strong relationships with store associates and customers
- Maintain and set up product displays (Merchandising)
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Generate leads to increase sales
- Provide excellent customer service and product education
- Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day

- Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
