FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is actively seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to represent prominent consumer brands at various Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club, and other major big-box retailers. This dynamic role is part of special 10-day roadshows, offering a high-impact, short-term engagement where you will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and drive sales.

Following each roadshow, there may be periods of downtime between events, contingent on scheduling and brand requirements. This position is ideal for those who thrive in an event-based work environment and are looking for flexible assignments with the potential for ongoing opportunities.

Here are the details:

• Pay is $20/hour plus incentives.
• Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail stores.
• Arrange products in an appealing manner to attract customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting way to promote and sell products.
• Provide compelling demonstrations and clearly explain key features and benefits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time.
• Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
• Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

In this fast-paced retail environment, adaptability is key. Here’s what you need to excel in this role:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
• Strong communication skills, polished presentation skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
