We have partnered with a client in the financial sector to recruit an experienced, full-time Territory Manager for a field-based team. This role focuses on providing welcoming services to new merchants.
A typical day involves:
- Meeting and welcoming new merchants who are accepting our client's credit services.
- Traveling within an assigned territory, visiting up to 35 retailers per day.
- Spending approximately 50% of an 8-hour workday in-store.
- Occasionally, merchant visits may require up to a two-hour drive from home.
- Demonstrating the value of customers using the Client's line of credit services at their business.
- Addressing and resolving any objections raised by hesitant merchants.
- Attempting to place Point of Purchase signage at each business.
