About the Role
FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is on the lookout for energetic and outgoing individuals to serve as Event Sales Specialists. You will represent exciting consumer brands inside major retail chains like Costco, Sam's, and BJ’s during special roadshow events.
This is a short-term, high-impact position that allows you to work with a variety of brands in a flexible schedule. Your main tasks will include:
- Setting up an eye-catching display, kiosk, or demo station inside the retail store.
- Engaging customers in a friendly and inviting manner to promote the products.
- Demonstrating products and explaining their key features and benefits.
- Utilizing company-required applications for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Monitoring and maintaining promotional inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to impact sales and enhance customer experiences while enjoying a dynamic work environment as you navigate through various events. After each show, there may be downtime between events depending on scheduling needs, making this role ideal for those wanting flexible, event-based work while exploring ongoing assignments.
Location and Schedule
- Location: Costco-10401 Research Blvd, Austin, TX
- Dates: 10/3-10/12
- Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM-8:30PM, Sat-Sun 9:30AM-6:00PM

Requirements
- • High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred
- • Valid driver's license
