FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at special 10-day roadshows held within prominent retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club, and various other big-box stores.
This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity where you will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and significantly drive sales. Following each roadshow, there may be a period of downtime between events, contingent upon scheduling and brand requirements. This role is ideal for those who thrive in event-based work and are looking for ongoing assignments.
Opportunity Details:
- Location: Costco - 7981 E Stockton Blvd, Sacramento
- Dates: 11/7 - 11/16 (10 Days)
- Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and arrange designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail environments.
- Create eye-catching product arrangements to attract customers and ensure proper display of all promotional materials, signage, and samples.
- Engage customers in a friendly and inviting manner to promote and sell products.
- Provide compelling product demonstrations and effectively explain key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for accurate timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage in real-time using designated mobile applications or reporting tools.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished for each event.

Candidate Requirements:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Maintain auto insurance that meets T-ROC's minimum coverage requirements.
