About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations scheduled throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our drive for successful new product launches.
Our monthly campaigns offer opportunities for part-time to nearly full-time work, dependent on the number of stores in your region. We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can drive sales and serve as dedicated regional representatives for our brand partners. Previous in-store demo sampling experience is preferred.
Compensation is $120 per 4-hour demo shift or $240 per 8-hour day. This includes 3 hours of sampling time (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM) plus an additional hour for setup, tear-down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled based on your availability, typically occurring Friday through Monday. Pay is W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
All applicants should possess the following:
- Independent, reliable, and punctual work ethic.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with assigned accounts and clients.
- The ability to complete detailed and timely reporting.
- Reliable transportation to carry a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
- A demo table and black tablecloth, or the willingness to acquire them.
- A Food Safety Certification, or the willingness to obtain one.
