About This Role
Public Label is seeking an experienced Freelance Tour Manager for a high-visibility sampling tour. This role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, and includes select nearby regional activations.
The Tour Manager will be responsible for day-to-day logistics, vehicle operations, product handling, and managing local brand ambassador teams to ensure seamless activations.

We help bold brands amplify growth through fully integrated work spanning brand strategy, experiential, retail engagement, shopper marketing, digital, social media, and video content.
- Oversee logistics and daily operations for activations
- Drive and maintain branded vehicle; manage setup and breakdown
- Supervise and train brand ambassador teams on-site
- Handle product storage, sampling, and compliance
- Act as the main liaison between Public Label, client, venues, and vendors
- Track and report event performance metrics
- 5+ years of tour or event management experience (sampling/CPG preferred)
- Strong logistics and scheduling skills
- Proven team management experience
- Ability to drive and maintain a branded vehicle (DOT certification a plus)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong communicator
- Must be local to Salt Lake City and available for the full 9-week tour
This is a 1099 freelance contractor position with compensation of $1,600–$1,800 per week. This is a local/regional role (not fly-in/fly-out). Mileage, lodging, or per diem will be provided if overnight travel is required.
