Gaming Brand Holiday Event SF Event

More Than Models is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to represent a Major Gaming Brand at an exciting Holiday Event in the greater San Francisco area.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors, Costume Character Actors [5’0"- 5’4”], and Character Handlers for an event spanning December 13th to December 24th, 2025.

Event Dates:

• Required On-Site Training: Thursday, December 11th, 2025 (3 Hours, Time TBD)
• Event Activation: Saturday, December 13, 2025, through Wednesday, December 24, 2025

Available Positions:

Brand Ambassadors

• Must attend the required On-Site Training: Thursday, December 11th, 2025.
• Event Days: Saturday, December 13 through Wednesday, December 24, 2025.
• Must be enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable about Nintendo, its consoles, and game titles.
• Those assigned to AR Camera Demos should be comfortable with photo booth and tech-based activations (experience with AR apps is a plus).
• The more dates you are available to work, the better. Selected Brand Ambassadors will be required to work at least one (1) event day in an On-Site Alternate role.

Costume Character Team

• Weekend 1 Appearance Dates: Saturday, December 13th - Sunday, December 14th, 2025
• Weekend 2 Appearance Dates: Saturday, December 20th - Sunday, December 21st, 2025

Costume Character Actor (must be 5’0” - 5’4” in height)

• Must be comfortable performing in a fully enclosed costume with high energy, strong stamina, and animated movement throughout appearances.
• Actors must review and follow all provided character guidelines to ensure consistency and approved poses/movements.

Character Handler

• Assist Costume Character Actors during all appearances by managing lines, helping with dressing, coordinating schedules, and ensuring guest and performer safety.
• Must be proactive, engaging, and able to interact warmly with families and guests while maintaining awareness of surroundings.

On-Site Alternate Requirement

• Selected Brand Ambassadors may be scheduled to work in an On-Site Alternate capacity for 1–2 event days, with a minimum of one (1) alternate shift required.
• On-Site Alternates report on-site each scheduled day and are prepared to step into any active position (Brand Ambassador, Handler, or Support) as needed due to last-minute absences or operational changes.
• Alternates are paid a daily rate to remain on-site for up to 2 hours if they are not activated to work that day.
• If talent is asked to work while scheduled as an alternate, they will be paid the rate of the position they are assigned to work in for that shift.
• Alternates must maintain the same level of professionalism, readiness, and presentation standards as active team members.

Applicants must be comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods of time. Please note that all activation details are tentative and subject to change. Please indicate your full availability across the event dates — the more dates you are available, the greater your chance of selection. Full-day availability on any selected date is required.

Event Hourly Rate:

• Brand Ambassadors & Handler: $30/hour + $15/Day in Parking Reimbursement ONLY
• Costume Character Actor: $35/hour + $15/Day in Parking Reimbursement ONLY
• On-Site Alternate: $100/day to be on-site for up to 2 hours from the Start Time OR $30/hour with a 4-hour minimum guarantee with timely arrival if asked to stay and work + $15/Day in Parking Reimbursement ONLY

California-based Talent will be hired as an employee, and talent will be paid in the coordinating bi-weekly payroll cycle by direct deposit. Applicable taxes will be deducted.
