2020 Companies is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Springs Window Fashions, North America's leading window-covering brand. In this dynamic role, you will work within major home improvement stores, guiding customers to the ideal window solutions while significantly enhancing product visibility and driving sales.

What You'll Do:

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both store associates and customers.
• Maintain and set up impactful product displays through effective merchandising.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Generate leads to continuously increase sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and comprehensive product education.
• Travel within your assigned territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior sales experience or a strong desire to build a career in sales.
• An outgoing and confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• A self-starter who excels at working independently.
• Comfortable and effective in a retail environment.
