Moment Botanical Soda Demo

A Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food In-Store Demo Representative at Moment is responsible for sharing our mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas with customers. Moment offers unique beverages designed to promote calm, clarity, and mood, free from caffeine or added sugar. We are searching for enthusiastic individuals who can embody our brand's vision and help expand our presence in retail.As a Moment Ambassador, you will collaborate with our team on in-store retail demonstrations, visual merchandising, and various in-market events and will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Demonstrating an authentic passion for Moment and our mission.
• Conducting engaging in-store demonstrations at various retail locations.
• Educating customers on Moment products and our brand story.
• Executing merchandising tasks such as securing secondary placements, setting up displays, applying IRCs/coupons, and ensuring proper product arrangement on shelves.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to assess demo and event success.
• Representing Moment at retail events, including setting up event spaces, showcasing products, offering samples, and facilitating local product drops.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• 2-hour Demo with an additional half hour of merchandising: $20 per hour.
