About This Role
HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in your area! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for visiting 1-4 stores per day, adapting to evolving needs.
Our Sales Representative will be pivotal in driving and increasing sales by expertly training retail associates on HP products, while simultaneously generating excitement around the HP brand. As an HP Representative, you will elevate brand awareness and retail presence through impactful store displays, strategic product placement, and cultivating strong relationships within your territory to ensure HP is front and center in the retail environment.
A Day in the Life:
- Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers within your assigned territory.
- Increase sales and product awareness through comprehensive training and engaging, hands-on consumer-facing activities.
- Achieve and consistently maintain program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Build and nurture strong rapport within your territory at each retailer with store management and staff.
- Schedule and facilitate impactful sales and product training sessions.
- Assess and communicate essential needs, such as marketing materials and promotional collateral.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Document and diligently report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and provide insightful recommendations.
- Set and maintain brand merchandising in retail locations, ensuring adherence to all brand standards.
- Coach and mentor part-time co-workers to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Independently manage a territory of stores with minimal oversight, showcasing your leadership and autonomy.
