Are you seeking flexible, project-based work that seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and other major retailers. This role involves participating in special 10-day roadshows, offering a short-term, high-impact opportunity to showcase products, engage shoppers, and drive sales. Following each roadshow, there may be periods of downtime between events, depending on scheduling and brand requirements. This position is ideal for those who prefer flexible, event-driven work with the potential for ongoing assignments.

Compensation: $20 per hour PLUS commission

• Set up designated display, kiosk, or demo stations within retail environments.
• Arrange products appealingly to attract customers, ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
• Approach and engage customers in a friendly and inviting manner to promote and sell products.
• Provide compelling product demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time.
• Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
• Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

Here's what you need to ROC this role:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
• Strong communication skills, presentation abilities, and keen attention to detail.
