Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow at Costco.

Project Overview
True Classic Tees is bringing its best-selling premium t-shirts and everyday apparel to Costco for an exclusive 10-day roadshow. We're looking for dynamic individuals to drive high-volume sales and introduce members to True Classic's soft, perfectly-fitted, and affordable basics. This role requires proactive engagement, creating excitement around limited-time deals, and confidently guiding customers toward multi-item purchases.

Pay Rate
$28/hour

Dates

• Setup: Thursday, December 4th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, December 5th – Sunday, December 14th (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm)

• Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri, 10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Sat:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sun:
  • 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sun 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary slightly by location; final schedule confirmed before each show. Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift. Karma Casting will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, share product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Highlight the soft fabric, perfect fit, and everyday value of True Classic Tees.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Maintain a friendly yet confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales.
• Customer Experience: Assist with sizing guidance, restocking, and directing customers to checkout.
• Presentation: Keep displays organized, folded, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with set-up, inventory organization, and light tear-down.

Uniform

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available)
• You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes

Other Details

• Personal transportation required.
• Setup and tear-down shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.
