About This Role
The Twin Cities Road Crew is seeking high-energy performers to join our dynamic team for the 2025-2026 school assemblies. We create interactive community events, reaching nearly 100 schools in the Twin Cities metro area this year. Our assemblies are upbeat, fun, and involve dancing and interacting with students.

We are looking for individuals who are:
- High energy, positive, and good communicators
- Friendly and approachable
- Enthusiastic
- Professional and Positive – adaptability in a school environment is key
- Collaborative
- Reliable and dependable
- Empathetic and Culturally Aware
- Able to lift at least 40lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time (3-8 hours when needed)
Experience with kids, dance, and performance is a plus, but not required. Dance experience is a plus.
This is a flexible, ongoing, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with others and putting a smile on kids' faces. This is an independent contractor position; hours are based on staffing needs and weekly hours are not guaranteed – making it a great side hustle!
Key Requirements:
- Daytime availability is essential as we activate at schools on weekdays.
- Must have a vehicle, as we are not on a public transit line.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Start at $20/hr with a guaranteed number of hours each shift.
