True Classic Costco Roadshow Activation

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for True Classic Tees at our upcoming Costco Roadshow. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a popular brand and drive sales in a high-energy environment.

You'll be working at Costco 1025 | 245 Stafford Park Blvd #1025b, Stafford Township, NJ 08050, bringing True Classic Tees' best-selling premium t-shirts and everyday apparel to a new audience. This isn't a passive role; we're looking for dynamic individuals who can engage shoppers, create excitement around limited-time deals, and confidently guide customers toward multi-item purchases.

We are hiring 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow with a pay rate of $28/hour. There's a $50 bonus for working the Christmas Eve shift, and an additional $100 bonus if the team sells 100 units on Christmas Eve.

The roadshow runs for 10 consecutive days with the following key dates:

• Setup: Thursday, December 18th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow Dates: Friday, December 19th – Sunday, December 28th
• Early close on Christmas Eve & CLOSED CHRISTMAS
• Final Teardown: Sunday, December 28th – 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM

Standard shift times are as follows (store hours may vary):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri):
  Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
  Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
  Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)

Ambassadors do not need to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting will staff to ensure full coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging and selling to shoppers, sharing product benefits, and encouraging multi-pack purchases.
• Providing product education on the soft fabric, perfect fit, and everyday value of True Classic Tees.
• Driving high-volume sales with a friendly yet confident sales approach.
• Assisting with sizing, restocking, and directing customers for checkout.
• Maintaining organized, visually appealing displays.
• Supporting operations with set-up, inventory organization, and light tear-down.

The uniform includes a provided True Classic shirt (if available). You will need to provide your own clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes. Personal transportation is required. Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador. Karma Casting is a W2 employer, and all roles are paid weekly.
