Transformer Table, an innovative furniture brand renowned for its space-saving designs like extendable dining sets and table-to-desks, is seeking dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassadors.

We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals to confidently engage shoppers and drive sales through interactive education and hands-on demonstrations during a 10-day in-store roadshow. This proactive role involves more than just manning a display; it requires actively moving around the floor, initiating conversations, showcasing product features, emphasizing transformation and versatility, and helping customers envision how Transformer Tables can solve their space or lifestyle challenges.

• Engage & Sell: Proactively start friendly conversations with shoppers to showcase Transformer Table’s premium furniture solutions.
• Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and value through live demonstrations (e.g., extending tables, modular setups).
• Educate Customers: Clearly explain product quality, functionality, and pricing to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Drive Conversions: Build excitement and guide shoppers through the next steps to close high-value sales.
• Maintain Presentation: Ensure the booth is organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Support Operations: Assist with set-up, light tear-down, and kit organization as needed.

Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, October 9th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, October 10th – Sunday, October 19th (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (standard rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Friday–Friday, 10 consecutive days):
• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
• 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
• 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Please note that store hours may vary slightly by location, and the final schedule will be confirmed before each show. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.
