About This Role
Are you looking for flexible, project-based work that seamlessly integrates with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is actively seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to proudly represent exciting consumer brands within prominent retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club, and various other big-box stores during exclusive 10-day roadshows. This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity where you will be instrumental in demonstrating products, engaging with shoppers, and significantly driving sales. Following each roadshow, there may be a period of downtime between events, subject to scheduling and brand requirements. This role is ideal for those who thrive in flexible, event-driven work environments and are looking for potential ongoing assignments.
Schedule:
- 10 consecutive days
- Friday (first day of show only) 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday (both weekends) 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Hours are tentative; the final schedule will be provided upon registration.
In this role, you will:
- Set up a designated display, kiosk, or demo station within retail stores.
- Arrange products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensure all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed.
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell the product.
- Provide compelling demonstrations and explain key features and benefits.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Utilize company-required apps and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
- Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time.
- Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
- Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.
In this fast-paced retail environment, adaptability and readiness for new challenges are key! Here’s what you need to ROC this role:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
