About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to support a major consumer electronics brand's field sales and training team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams, and possesses a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for Brand Ambassadors in your region
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure flawless execution
- Build team morale and provide coaching to drive success
- Participate in activations and set the standard for consumer engagement
- Handle logistics, staffing challenges, and on-site problem-solving
- Review schedules, verify timesheets, and track KPIs
- Compile reports and share insights with senior management
- Travel frequently to activation sites and assist with setup

- Strong leadership and communication skills
