About This Role
On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our drive for successful new product launches for our clients.
Our monthly campaigns offer part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We are looking for self-motivated individuals committed to driving sales and representing our brand partners regionally. Experience with in-store demo sampling is preferred.
We offer a competitive compensation structure:
- $120 per demo (4-hour shift)
- $240 per day (8-hour day)
This rate covers a 3-hour sampling period (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus an additional hour for setup, tear down, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled based on your availability, primarily Friday through Monday. Compensation is W2, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
All applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be independent, reliable, and punctual.
- Possess excellent communication skills to interact with assigned accounts and clients.
- Be capable of completing detailed and timely reporting.
- Have reliable transportation and the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to store locations.
- Own a demo table and black tablecloth, or be willing to acquire them for the program.
- Hold a Food Safety Certification, or be willing to obtain one.
