Looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity that integrates seamlessly with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands. This role involves engaging with shoppers inside Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, and various big-box retailers during special 10-day roadshows.

This is a short-term, high-impact position where you will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and drive sales. Following each show, there may be downtime between events, depending on scheduling and brand requirements. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking flexible, event-based work with the potential for ongoing assignments.

Compensation: $20 per hour PLUS commission

• Set up designated displays, kiosks, or demo stations within retail powerful sales presentations and articulate the key features and benefits of products.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize company-required applications and digital tools, including the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting.
• Accurately log sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real-time.
• Adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including proper handling of promotional materials and displays.
• Monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event.

Requirements to ROC this role:

• High School diploma or relevant work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
