Anheuser-Busch Product Ambassador Program

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a part-time Perfect Draft Ambassador to join our team and assist in driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company driven by groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. Perfect Draft Ambassadors will represent various featured Anheuser-Busch brands, including Stella and Michelob Ultra, at key off-premise accounts each week.

• Up to 25 hours/week
• Hourly Base Pay: $30/hr
• $40 commission per unit sold + additional weekly bonuses up to $250

Responsibilities:

• Schedule up to 5 hours/day, primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Conduct retail sampling and product demonstrations to encourage sales.
• Collaborate with AB distributors and the local team to ensure product availability.
• Submit program deliverables (i.e., recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
• Manage local assets and materials.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience (on/off-premise sampling experience is a plus).
• Must be 21 or older and possess Responsible Alcohol Training due to the dispensing of alcohol.
• Reliable means of transportation is required.
• Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products.
• Engaging, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.
• Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate and report while in the field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Must be willing to travel within the market.
