About This Role
Anheuser-Busch is seeking a part-time Perfect Draft Ambassador to join our team and assist in driving sales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company driven by groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. Perfect Draft Ambassadors will represent various featured brands at key off-premise accounts each week, helping you jumpstart your future in the Adult Beverage Industry.
Location: Tampa, FL
What We Offer:
- Employment Period: Now – End of year 12/31/2025
- Hours: Up to 25 hours/week
- Hourly Base Pay: $30/hr
- Commission: $40 commission per unit sold + additional weekly bonuses up to $250
Responsibilities:
- Schedule up to 5 hours/day – afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Conduct retail sampling and product demonstrations to encourage sales.
- Collaborate with AB distributors and the local team to ensure product availability.
- Submit program deliverables (i.e., recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler.
- Manage local assets and materials.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year of sales experience (on/off-premise sampling experience is a plus).
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 or older due to the dispensing of alcohol, and possess Responsible Alcohol Training.
- Transportation: Reliable means of transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Equipment: Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel within the market.
- Personality: Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products, with an engaging, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Work Ethic: Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
