About This Role

On Tour 24/7 is expanding its demo team, seeking dedicated Brand Specialists for ongoing in-store demonstrations throughout 2026. We are passionate about in-store demos and are looking for individuals who share our enthusiasm for driving sales and successfully launching new products for our clients.

Our monthly campaigns provide opportunities for part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on the number of stores in your region. We require self-motivated individuals who can effectively drive sales and act as regional representatives for our brand partners. Experience in in-store demo sampling is preferred.

Compensation is $120 per 4-hour demo shift or $240 per 8-hour day. This includes 3 hours of sampling (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM) plus 1 hour for setup, teardown, and reporting per demo. Demos are scheduled around your availability, primarily Friday through Monday. Pay is W2, distributed bi-weekly via direct deposit.

All applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Be independent, reliable, punctual, and capable of communicating effectively with assigned accounts and clients.
  • Be able to complete detailed and timely reporting.
  • Possess reliable transportation and the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to and from store locations.
  • Own a demo table and black tablecloth or be willing to acquire them for the program.
  • Hold a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one.
