Key Responsibilities

Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for Brand Ambassadors in your region, conducting regular meetings and one-on-one check-ins to offer guidance and resolve any issues.

Operational Oversight: Ensure flawless execution of daily operations, including verifying punctuality, ensuring all necessary materials are available, and confirming activation site readiness.

Team Development: Foster a positive team environment by celebrating achievements and promoting professional growth among Brand Ambassadors.

Customer Engagement: Lead by example in consumer interactions, showcasing best practices for effective educational conversations and creating memorable experiences.

Logistics Management: Address logistical issues, manage unexpected staffing changes, and ensure campaign continuity by resolving problems swiftly.

Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer engagement and report on team performance, campaign highlights, and operational status to management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems effectively in dynamic environments.
