About This Role
The Field Marketing Agency is seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our team, promoting a premium line of hemp-derived THC beverages. We partner with national brands to enhance their in-store presence and boost retail sales, and we're looking for individuals passionate about wellness products and achieving sales targets.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of an exciting non-alcoholic sparkling THC seltzer. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who excel at connecting with customers and driving product conversion.
- Start Date: ASAP – Candidates must commit to all specified demo dates and times below, as these are fixed and cannot be changed.
Demo Schedule:
- 10/10: TWM - Totowa, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- 10/11: TWM - West Orange, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 10/24: TWM - Eatontown, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- 11/15: TWM - Totowa, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- 11/22: TWM - Eatontown, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 12/19: TWM - Eatontown, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Demo Duration: 3-hour demos
- Pay: $26/hr (W2 bi-weekly via direct deposit)
- Paid training and all necessary demo supplies are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up an appealing and compliant product sampling station.
- Engage customers enthusiastically, sharing comprehensive product knowledge.
- Professionally pour and distribute beverage samples.
- Drive sales and achieve conversion goals, not just awareness.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and monitor inventory levels.
- Complete concise end-of-day reports, including feedback and sales data.
Who You Are:
- Confident, sales-focused, and highly motivated by achieving goals.
- A natural ‘people person’ who enjoys initiating conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Experienced in product sampling or promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador or in promotional/demo work.
- Possession of a valid RBS certification (required prior to application).
- Your own 4ft foldable table.
- Professional appearance: solid shirt, black hat, black pants or jeans (no logos or rips), and closed-toe shoes.
- Smartphone with GPS capabilities (for time tracking and reporting).
