About This Role
Join our nationwide sales and marketing firm, dedicated to helping national brands expand their in-store presence and boost retail sales. We are seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading line of hemp-derived THC beverages. If you are passionate about wellness products, excel at achieving sales targets, and enjoy connecting with customers, this opportunity is for you.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Candidates must commit to all listed demo dates and times, which are firm and cannot be changed.
- 10/10 TWM- Totowa 3pm-6pm
- 10/11 TWM- West Orange 12pm-3pm
- 10/24 TWM- Eatontown 3pm-6pm
- 11/15 TWM- Totowa 3pm-6pm
- 11/22 TWM- Eatontown 12pm-3pm
- 12/19 TWM- Eatontown 3pm-6pm
- Demo Duration: 3-hour demos
- Pay: $26/hr (W2 bi-weekly via direct deposit)
- Paid training and all necessary demo supplies are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up an appealing and compliant sampling station.
- Engage customers with enthusiasm and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Professionally pour and distribute beverage samples.
- Drive sales conversions, moving beyond mere brand awareness.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and report inventory observations.
- Complete concise end-of-day reporting, including feedback and sales data.
Who You Are:
- A confident, sales-focused individual motivated by achieving goals.
- A people-person who enjoys initiating conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and dependable.
- Experienced in product sampling or promotional work.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in brand ambassador, promotional, or demo roles.
- Valid RBS certification (required prior to applying).
- Possession of your own 4ft foldable table.
- Professional appearance: solid shirt, black hat, black pants or jeans (no logos or rips), and closed-toe shoes.
- Smartphone with GPS enabled (for time tracking and reporting).
