About This Role
Moment, a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. Our beverages are designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar, blending adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively position Moment in retail environments.
As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

- Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations.
- Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
- Merchandising: Winning secondary placements, setting up our displays, putting IRCs/coupons, and arranging the cans properly on shelf.
- Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, while keeping track of the success of demos and events.
- Representing Moment at retail events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers. Facilitating local product drops.
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop and leverage relations.
- Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills. Able to adapt to new environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to commit 2-8 hours per week.
- Availability to travel and work on weekends.
- Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.
Moment offers 2 payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
