Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down. Moment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated demo ambassadors/merchandisers to embody our brand and effectively place Moment in prominent retailers. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events. Our most important expectation is that you love Moment and are intrinsically motivated to make a difference at an early-stage startup.

• Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations.
• Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at retail events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, offer samples to consumers, and facilitate local product drops.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• 2-hour Demo with half an hour of merchandising: $20 per hour
