True Classic Costco Roadshow Activation

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors for an exciting roadshow activation with True Classic Tees at Costco.

This dynamic role involves actively engaging with customers, promoting premium t-shirts and apparel, and driving high-volume sales. It is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Location: Ukiah CA – Costco 1297 / 1275 Airport Park Blvd, Ukiah, CA 95482

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Project Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, December 11th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, December 12th – Sunday, December 21st (10 consecutive days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively greet shoppers and generate excitement around True Classic Tees' limited-time deals.
• Confidently guide customers toward multi-item purchases in the everyday budget category.
• Educate customers on product benefits, including soft fabric, perfect fit, and exceptional value.
• Drive high-volume sales through a friendly yet assertive sales approach.
• Assist with sizing, restocking merchandise, and directing customers to checkout.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display throughout the day.
• Support operational tasks such as setup, inventory organization, and light teardown.

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (10 consecutive days):
• Friday-Friday: Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs) | Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) | 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) | 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Note: Store hours may vary slightly; final schedules are confirmed before each show. Brand Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting staffs 2–3 ambassadors per roadshow to ensure full coverage.

Uniform:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available)
• You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes

Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift, actively engaging with a steady flow of shoppers.
• Strong sales acumen with the capability to maximize conversions and unit sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Availability for setup and teardown shifts, which are paid and assigned to at least one ambassador.

Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
