Activation, Field or BA Manager | Chromebook

This role focuses on exciting customers and elevating their experience by promoting Chromebook products. The successful candidate will maintain merchandising standards, identify sales opportunities, and provide support throughout the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Exciting customers by promoting Chromebook products.
• Elevating the customer experience through diligent maintenance of merchandising standards for all products and displays.
• Identifying sales opportunities and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Providing comprehensive training to retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, serving as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends within the territory to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitoring inventory levels across retail stores and collaborating with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Delivering product knowledge and training to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
• Managing and adhering to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of G-suite.
• Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.
