About This Role

On Tour 24/7 is currently seeking enthusiastic Brand Specialists to join our dynamic demo team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about in-store demonstrations and dedicated to driving successful new product launches for our diverse range of natural food and beverage clients. This is an exciting opportunity to represent multiple brands and contribute to their growth.

Our monthly campaigns offer flexible, part-time to nearly full-time work, depending on store availability in your region. We value self-motivated individuals who can drive sales and serve as committed regional representatives for our brand partners. Previous in-store demo or sampling experience is preferred.

Compensation is highly competitive and structured as follows:

  • $120 per 4-hour demo shift
  • $240 per 8-hour day

Each demo shift includes 3 hours of active sampling (typically 11 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 6 PM), plus one hour allocated for setup, teardown, and essential reporting. Demos are generally scheduled from Friday through Monday, based on your availability. We offer W2 employment with direct deposit every two weeks.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities and capabilities:

  • Be independent, reliable, and punctual.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with assigned accounts and clients.
  • Capable of completing detailed and timely reporting.
  • Have reliable transportation and the ability to transport a demo kit, including a table, to various store locations.
  • Own a demo table and a black tablecloth or be willing to acquire them for the program.
  • Possess a Food Safety Certification or be willing to obtain one.
