Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment is an innovative brand crafting mood-boosting botanical sodas designed to help individuals reset without caffeine or added sugar. Inspired by meditation, each can thoughtfully blends adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and an improved mood, serving as the perfect afternoon pick-me-up or evening wind-down.

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers to represent Moment. We're looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand ethos and effectively secure Moment's presence in prominent retail locations.

As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in:

• In-store retail demonstrations
• Merchandising efforts
• Various in-market events

Key Responsibilities:

• Love Moment: A fundamental responsibility in an early-stage startup is to align with the company's vision and be intrinsically motivated to make a significant impact.
• Managing In-Store Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations at various retail locations.
• Educating Customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share Moment's compelling brand story.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up product displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and ensure proper product arrangement on shelves.
• Monitoring Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, track the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at Retail Events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, offer samples to consumers, and facilitate local product drops.

Requirements:

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Ability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure: We offer two payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
