Perfect Draft Brand Ambassador Program

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a part-time Perfect Draft Ambassador to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company driven by groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. Perfect Draft Ambassadors will represent various featured brands at key off-premise accounts each week, assisting in driving sales and jump-starting a future in the Adult Beverage Industry.

This position runs from Now through December 31, 2025, offering up to 25 hours per week. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $30/hr, $40 commission per unit sold, and additional weekly bonuses up to $250.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule up to 5 hours per day, with shifts available in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Conduct retail sampling and product demonstrations to encourage sales.
• Collaborate with AB distributors and the local team to ensure product availability.
• Submit program deliverables, including recapping and reporting, accurately and on time each week.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local wholesalers.
• Manage local assets and materials.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience (on/off-premise sampling experience is a plus).
• Must be 21 years or older due to the dispensing of alcohol, and completion of Responsible Alcohol Training is required.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding products.
• Engaging, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet.
• Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate and report from the field.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
