Mosaic In-Store Demo Program

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated, highly motivated, and exceptionally organized individual to join our Retail Team as an In-Retail Field Coordinator. This role involves managing a team of approximately 60 Brand Ambassadors responsible for in-store demonstrations across grocery and liquor retail establishments.

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for team growth and management, alongside coaching and mentoring to ensure outstanding quality and exceptional in-store experiences. Regular store visits during activations will be required to gather vital client information and to cultivate strong relationships with Store Managers.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our account, asset, training, and operations teams, reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

This is a contract position, active from October to December 2025, with a strong possibility of extension. The compensation for this role is $50,000 annually, prorated over the contract period.
