Melt Food Truck Experience

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Melt Team for our food truck operations. We are looking for team members who embody a fun and upbeat spirit, ensuring guests have the best food experience possible. These positions offer ongoing work this season in the Worcester area, with events taking place all over Massachusetts. Opportunities for work are plentiful for the right candidates. Please note that this is a food truck environment, so expect tight working quarters. The dress code requires black shirt, black pants, and black shoes.

• Window Person: We are looking for someone presentable to accurately take orders, process them through the POS system, and manage correct change. You will be responsible for serving guests the correct food with a helpful and courteous demeanor. A positive attitude and a smile are essential to contribute to our vibrant team.
• Sandwich Station: This role requires a presentable individual to efficiently build sandwiches and pack food orders.
• Manager Position: We are seeking a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, drive a 25' food truck, and is proficient with various kitchen cooking equipment. This includes heating food to precise temperatures, operating a fryolator, convection oven, and flat-top grill. Good cooking skills are essential, as is the ability to both take and give direction.

All candidates must be thoughtful, caring, efficient, and possess excellent time management skills. You must also be able to assist the team in any way possible.Required:
