About This Role
We are seeking a Manager to join the Melt Team for ongoing work this season. We are looking for someone to add to our fun and upbeat vibes while giving guests the best food experience possible.
The ideal candidate will be thoughtful, caring, efficient, and manage time well. You will be able to lead a team and help out in any way possible.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving a 25' food truck
- Being well-versed with kitchen cooking equipment
- Heating food to precise temperatures
- Operating a fryolator, convection oven, and flat top grill
- Possessing good cooking skills
- Taking and giving direction
- Processing orders accurately through the POS system
- Handling cash and providing correct change
- Maintaining a presentable appearance
- Providing excellent customer service
Please note that this position involves working in a food truck with tight working quarters.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to fully speak and understand English
- Valid Driver's License
The dress code is a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes. We are located in the Worcester area and operate at events all over Massachusetts. We have many opportunities for work this season.
