About This Role
XXperiential Marketing Group is seeking a passionate and informed Cannabis Brand Ambassador to represent a high-end, premium cannabis brand. This role involves engaging directly with consumers, budtenders, and retail partners at in-store demos, community events, and field marketing activations.
As the face of the brand, you will drive product awareness, education, and trial. The position is based in Rochester, NY, at 350 Court Street, Rochester, New York, 14607. This is an on-going position, starting Monday, December 15th.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product and brand expert, sharing knowledge about cannabis and its benefits with passion and professionalism.
- Drive brand awareness through one-on-one consumer interactions and sampling opportunities.
- Build and activate relationships with retail staff, budtenders, and community influencers.
- Support in-store demos and activations as scheduled by your Account Executive.
- Deliver a unique consumer experience that increases awareness, trial, and loyalty.
- Educate consumers on proper usage, benefits, and product features.
- Distribute samples and branded promotional materials when applicable.
- Accurately track activity, insights, and consumer feedback using digital recap tools.
- Provide consistent communication, reporting, and key learnings to management.
- Assist with marketing events both in and outside retail environments.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ with valid ID.
- Cannabis industry experience is required.
- Must be outgoing, approachable, and confident engaging with diverse audiences.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and accountable with excellent follow-through.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event and retail settings.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Mandatory availability Thursday–Sunday.
- Work Hours: 24 hours per week.
- Compensation: $22/hr, paid weekly via direct deposit.
