About This Role

HS Brands Global is seeking a detail-oriented individual for the position of Fitness Club Evaluator. This role involves assessing the customer experience at various fitness clubs, focusing on customer service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.

This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of approximately 1 hour, including the in-person visit and evaluation. The evaluation period is from Wednesday, December 10th, to Wednesday, December 31st. The compensation for this role is $40, with an additional $20 bonus. Payment will be received within 3 days of assignment acceptance.

As a Fitness Club Evaluator, you will be responsible for a comprehensive assessment of assigned fitness clubs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Downloading the fitness app and applying for a day pass prior to the visit.
  • Arriving dressed in appropriate workout attire (a workout is not required, but you must appear ready to exercise).
  • Spending a minimum of 20 minutes inside the club.
  • Evaluating customer service interactions.
  • Assessing the cleanliness and organization of workout areas, locker rooms, and equipment.
  • Verifying the maintenance and condition of workout equipment.
  • Collecting information regarding membership options provided during the club tour.
  • Carefully reviewing all provided guidelines and the shop report before your visit to ensure all required observations are made.

Important notes for evaluators:

  • Guests are strictly not permitted during the evaluation.
  • Failure to adhere to instructions will result in non-payment.
  • Be aware that video surveillance may be utilized to verify activity during your visit.
