About This Role
HS Brands Global is seeking an Oil Change & Service Standards Evaluator in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
As an evaluator, you will assess customer service, operational standards, and facility maintenance at an assigned service center while receiving an oil change. The evaluation period is between Thursday, December 4th and Thursday, December 25th.
This role offers a total compensation of $20, which includes an $80 reimbursement for the oil change.
The estimated time commitment for this evaluation, including the on-site visit and report submission, is approximately 1.5 hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the brand's website to evaluate service offerings.
- Contacting the service center to schedule an appointment or confirm walk-in availability, and inquire about oil change pricing.
- Visiting the assigned location to receive the required oil change.
- Staying on-site for the entire oil change duration to assess staff professionalism, overall service quality, and the cleanliness of the waiting area and restrooms.
- Capturing all necessary photos as outlined in the provided guidelines.
