About This Role

We are seeking polished, energetic, and dependable Brand Ambassadors to join our on-site backup team for a high-energy consumer event with a top-tier athletic brand.

This is a customer-facing role where you will engage directly with guests, share brand messaging, assist with product trialing, and support purchases. As a Backup Crew Member, you are scheduled for a guaranteed shift and must be on-site, in uniform, and ready to work. If a core team member is absent, you will be activated to work the full event shift. This is not an on-call role—you are actively scheduled and must be available for extended hours if needed.

You will consistently rotate through multiple positions, including but not limited to, front-of-house positions and backstage operations, when needed. You must be ready to jump in wherever and whenever needed. Enthusiasm and high energy are a must!

Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay: $32/hr

Mandatory Training:

  • Virtual – Tuesday, January 27, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  • On-site – Wednesday, January 28, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Guaranteed Backup Shifts (You are scheduled to work these):

  • Thursday, January 29, 2026 | 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Friday, January 30, 2026 | 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Saturday, January 31, 2026 | 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Possible Shifts (if activated):

SHIFT ONE:

  • Thursday, January 29, 2026 – 6:00 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Friday, January 30, 2026 – 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Saturday, January 31, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

SHIFT TWO:

  • Thursday, January 29, 2026 – 7:45 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday, January 30, 2026 – 11:45 AM to 6:45 PM
  • Saturday, January 31, 2026 – 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Front-of-House Roles You'll Rotate Through:

  • Directional: Greet guests, guide them through the event footprint, share brand talking points, and manage line queues.
